Refunds and Exchanges
I stand behind my work and I only want happy customers.
All of the stores I sell at have a return policy and will gladly take your returns if you have a change of heart.
With the exception of "custom orders", if you bought something directly from me, I'll gladly give you 30 days to return it. However, I do NOT refund shipping charges. Shipping is expensive. If you have any reservations, contact me before purchasing and I can send you additional pictures and answer questions before you pay all that shipping.
If it broke and you don't think it should have, contact me. I'm pretty reasonable. Convince me and I'll either refund your money, send you a new one, or give you store credit. Your choice.
If it broke and it was your fault, contact me. I might be able to tell you how to fix it yourself. If it requires a more involved repair, contact me and I'll give you a quote.
Terms of Service
I've got nothing. Use my website however you want. Go crazy.
The ONLY thing I ever do with customer's personal information is complete the transactions. After that, it's gone.
Want me to make something just for you? Contact me. We’ll kick around design ideas, your timeline, and how much you want to spend. Once we nail down the details I’ll start working on your project as soon as payment is received. Typically special orders are not returnable.
